THE
CFX
SYSTEM

Learn the whole system. Then watch it traded, live.

An eight-week mentorship showcasing the CFX System. Every condition, every rule, every reason — traded in real markets, live, four times a week, unedited.

A trading day on the programme

Every day follows the same shape.

Before the open
Pre-market analysis
The levels, the context, and what would make today a trade — written up in Discord before anything moves.
The open
Live trading session
Carl and Josh on the charts in real time, screens shared, reasoning narrated as the decision is being made.
During
Questions answered on live
Ask as it happens. You get the answer while the chart is still in front of you, not three days later.
After the close
End-of-day breakdown
What was taken, what was passed on, and why. The trades left alone teach you more than the winners.
Why this exists

Anyone can show you a winning chart afterwards.

Most mentorships are a PDF and a Discord full of screenshots. You're shown the trade after it worked, with the reasoning fitted neatly to the result.

What you never see is the moment it could have gone either way — the hesitation, the level that nearly held, the setup that looked identical to the winner and wasn't. That moment is the only part that actually teaches you anything, and it is precisely the part that nobody ever films.

This is the opposite. The CFX System is taught to you in full, then traded in front of you, live, four times a week. Not clips. The whole session — the setups that never triggered, the ones deliberately passed on, and the ones that lost.

That is not a marketing line. It is the thing almost nobody in this industry will do, because trading live in front of people every single week leaves absolutely nowhere to hide. You either have a system that holds up in real markets or you do not.

Carl Fox
Multi six-figure paid-out trader

Carl Fox has taken over a million USD in payouts from prop firms across the industry, trading US30 and GER40. He didn't start there. He learnt the process from the ground up — the same way you would — and built it into something repeatable he now runs every week.

He hosts the live calls himself. You watch a professional actually execute, in real conditions, rather than hear about it afterwards.

What you're learning

The CFX System, end to end.

Not a setup. A complete method — when the market is worth touching, what makes a trade valid, what invalidates it, how much to risk, and how to tell afterwards whether it actually worked.

The core

The setups

The models the system is built on, taken apart completely. The market conditions required before one is even valid. The trigger, and what separates it from the near-miss that costs you. The exact level that invalidates it, decided before you're in. Where the target logic comes from rather than being picked to feel comfortable. And the failure patterns — how a setup that's going wrong announces itself early, so you're out before it becomes expensive.

Context

When the market is worth trading

Both instruments behave differently at different points of the day, and most losing accounts are built out of trades taken in the wrong hour rather than the wrong direction. The European open, the overlap, the midday lull, the US cash open, the last hour. Which windows the system is designed for, which ones it deliberately sits out, and how the Dow and the DAX lead and mislead each other.

Survival

Risk and sizing

The maths that keeps you in the game long enough for an edge to show up. Defining your 1R properly on an index. Why stop distance, not lot size, is your actual risk lever — and why that single misunderstanding kills more accounts than bad entries do. Daily and weekly loss limits, what to do the moment you hit one, and why two index positions are almost never two independent trades.

Execution

Taking the trade, and reviewing it

The gap between knowing the setup and actually pulling the trigger, which is where most people lose. A pre-market routine that survives a bad night's sleep. In-trade rules that take decisions away from you at the moment you're least able to make them. Recognising tilt in yourself before it costs you. Then the other half: turning your own trades into data, and reading it honestly enough to cut what doesn't work.

Also included

Everything stays with you.

Every session recorded

Your intake gets its own archive. Miss a morning, catch it that evening. It stays yours after the eight weeks finish — it isn't switched off when the programme ends.

The full curriculum

The system taught in order, so you're building on something rather than collecting fragments. Taught through the week, applied the next morning.

Private Discord

Where the programme lives between sessions. Both of us are in it every day, and you get your own thread for your trades.

Selection

This isn't for every trader.

Seats are limited and every applicant is reviewed. That isn't a sales tactic — a group this small only works if everyone in it is ready to use it. If you're approved, it's because we think you'll get something out of it.

You're the sort of trader we take

  • You already trade, or you're running a demo or funded account seriously, and you want to fix a process rather than start one
  • You can get to at least two live sessions a week
  • You'd rather go deep on two instruments than collect strategies
  • You're willing to journal your trades and have them looked at honestly

We'll turn you down if

  • You've never opened a trading platform. Get some screen time first — we'll point you at where to start and hold you a seat for the next intake
  • You're looking for signals to copy. Nobody here will tell you what to buy
  • You need this to make money quickly. Eight weeks is a beginning, not an outcome
  • You can't attend live at all. The recordings are good; they aren't the point

Important risk notice

Trading contracts for difference and futures on leverage carries a high level of risk and can result in losses that exceed your deposit. The majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

This mentorship is educational. Nothing provided in it — in the live sessions, the Discord, the curriculum or any conversation with Carl or Josh — constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an inducement to trade any specific instrument. We do not provide signals, we do not manage or advise on your account, and no representation is made that you will achieve any particular result. No income of any kind is promised or implied. All trading decisions are yours alone.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, seek advice from an independent financial adviser authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
